We no longer have to wait on hold and play phone/email tag to get answers regarding all the different policies our business is required to have. We call, Anthony picks up the phone, and our issues are immediately addressed. Better than that, he’s been able to arrange pay-as-you-go service and our savings have been in the tens of thousands. I can’t recommend Benco enough!
